TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the Agreement) govern the relationship between the user (hereinafter — the User) and the developers of the Defiller software (hereinafter — the Developer) regarding the use of the Defiller software product.

1.2. By using the Defiller software, the User automatically accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Developer reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. The current version is always available on defiller.ru.

1.4. Continued use of the software after amendments are made constitutes the User's acceptance of the new terms.

2. Product description

2.1. Defiller is software that automates ability rotation in the game World of Warcraft (Legion 7.3.5).

2.2. The program works by analysing screen pixels and emulating key presses, without modifying game files or process memory.

2.3. The program requires:

• A valid license purchased on defiller.ru
• An Internet connection for cloud synchronisation
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• An installed copy of World of Warcraft Legion 7.3.5

2.4. The software is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all hardware.

3. License

3.1. The license grants the right to use the software for the term specified at purchase.

3.2. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and may not be resold.

3.3. One license may be activated on only one device at a time.

3.4. The User may reset the license binding to a device (HWID) no more than 3 times within 7 days.

3.5. The following is prohibited:

• Using one license on several devices at the same time
• Transferring the license key to third parties
• Cracking, decompiling, disassembling or modifying the software
• Using the program for commercial purposes without the Developer's written consent
• Bypassing the license protection system

3.6. A violation of the license terms results in immediate key blocking without a refund.

4. Payment and refunds

4.1. Payment is made by bank transfer through the payment services connected on the site.

4.2. A refund is possible within 24 hours after the purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The license key has not been activated
• The program has not been used for more than 1 hour
• There were no violations of the Terms of Service

4.3. A refund is not issued in the following cases:

• More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase
• The license key has been activated
• Violation of the terms of use
• A repeat purchase after a refund

4.4. To request a refund, write to support@defiller.ru stating the order number and the reason.

4.5. Refund request review time: 2 business days.

4.6. The time for the funds to arrive depends on the chosen payment service and the payer's bank.

5. Technical requirements

• Operating system: Windows 10 / Windows 11 (64-bit)
• Game: World of Warcraft Legion 7.3.5
• Internet: a permanent connection is required
• Rights: administrator rights for installation
• Memory: at least 2 GB of free RAM
• Disk space: 100 MB

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Developer is not liable for any possible sanctions from the administration of the game World of Warcraft (Blizzard Entertainment).

6.2. Use of the software is at the User's own risk.

6.3. The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with future game updates.

6.4. The Developer is not liable for lost profits, data loss or other indirect damages.

6.5. The Developer's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the license.

7. Privacy

7.1. The Developer collects the minimum data necessary for the program to work:

• Email address
• License key
• IP address (for fraud protection)
• Operating system information

7.2. Personal data is not transferred to third parties without the User's consent, except for:

• Payment processors (for payment processing)
• Hosting providers (for data storage)
• Government authorities (upon a lawful request)

8. Intellectual property

8.1. All rights to the Defiller software belong to the Developer.

8.2. Copying, distribution or creation of derivative products without written permission is prohibited.

8.3. The Defiller trademarks and logo are the property of the Developer.

9. Administration rights and access restriction

9.1. The Agreement is valid indefinitely until use of the program ceases.

9.2. The Developer has the right to unilaterally suspend, restrict or block access to the service (including deactivation of the license key) without prior notice and without compensation in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of this Agreement
• Systematic spreading of negative publicity, disparaging material or knowingly false information about the product and the Developer
• Offensive or aggressive behaviour towards support staff or other users
• Attempts at cracking, fraud, bypassing protective mechanisms or unauthorised access to the system
• Illegal resale or transfer of license keys to third parties
• Other actions causing obvious harm to the Developer's reputation or business

9.3. Restricting access is a necessary measure to protect the service. If there are grounds to believe a block was a mistake, the User may send an appeal to support@defiller.ru.

9.4. The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting the software.

10. Governing law

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached — in court at the Developer's location.
