1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) describes what personal data Defiller collects and how it is used.

1.2. By using our services you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1.3. The Policy applies to all users of the defiller.ru site and the Defiller software.

2. What data we collect

2.1. When registering on the site:

• Email address
• License key
• Registration date and time

2.2. When using the program:

• IP address (for fraud protection)
• Operating system information (Windows version)
• Unique device identifier (HWID)
• Usage data (to improve the product)

2.3. When paying:

• Payment information is processed by the selected payment service (we do not store bank card data)
• Purchase and payment history
• Transaction amount and date

2.4. When contacting support:

• The content of the correspondence
• Error logs (when necessary)

3. How we use the data

3.1. We use the collected data to:

• Provide and support the services (license activation, settings synchronisation)
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Provide technical support to users
• Notify about updates and important changes
• Protect against fraud and abuse
• Improve the product based on anonymous statistics

3.2. We do not use the data for:

• Selling to third parties
• Targeted advertising
• Spam mailings

4. Transfer of data to third parties

4.1. We do not sell and do not transfer personal data to third parties, except for:

• Payment operators and aggregators — for payment processing
• Hosting providers — for data storage (the servers are located in the Russian Federation)
• Government authorities — upon a lawful request within the framework of Russian legislation

4.2. All third parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality and protect the data in accordance with the law.

5. Data retention

5.1. Personal data is stored for the duration of the license and for no more than 6 (six) months from the last use of the services.

5.2. Once the retention period expires, the data is permanently deleted as part of scheduled cleanup. Upon a request to support@defiller.ru the data can be deleted immediately.

5.3. Error logs and usage statistics are stored anonymised for an unlimited time.

5.4. Data backups are made weekly.

6. Your rights

6.1. You have the right to:

• Receive a copy of your personal data (free of charge, within 30 days)
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent to data processing
• Prohibit data processing for marketing purposes

6.2. To exercise your rights, write to support@defiller.ru.

6.3. Request review time: up to 14 business days. Emergency deletion within 72 hours.

7. Security

7.1. We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3)
• Encryption of data at rest (AES-256)
• Regular backups
• Restricted access to personal data (authorised staff only)
• Regular security audits
• Monitoring of unauthorised access attempts

7.2. User passwords are stored in hashed form (bcrypt).

7.3. In the event of a data breach we will notify the affected users within 72 hours.

8. Cookies and tracking

8.1. Our site uses cookies for:

• User authentication (session cookies)
• Traffic analytics (Google Analytics, anonymised)
• Saving preferences (language, theme)

8.2. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit the functionality of the site.

8.3. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.

9. Children

9.1. Our services are not intended for persons under 16 years of age.

9.2. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9.3. If we become aware that a child's data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to the Policy

10.1. We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on the site.

10.2. We notify about material changes by email 30 days before they take effect.

10.3. Continued use of the services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
